Recently members have booked on the reserve list and when contacted to be promoted they have declared that they are unavailable. Members on the Reserve List are subject to the same conditions as those on the bookings list, as the reserve list is an extension of same. In other words, you must notify the organiser if you are not available, otherwise a fine of €5 or a ban of two weeks and a fine of €5 will apply.
