La Serena Golf have notified us that some of our members are breaking the rules of the club in relation to the search for golf balls in the lakes. These rules are clearly displayed in the lobby of the club and should be adhered to. Members may search for their own ball only and are not permitted to take other golf balls from the lakes. Some of our members are now in the habit of walking along the lakes edge looking for balls even when their own ball is nowhere near. This habit also delays play. Members found breaking this rule may be asked to leave the course by the marshall.
