When participating in Federation Events in Spain , only your Spanish federation handicap is acceptable even though you may have a WHS handicap in another country which is higher or lower than your Spanish one.
You must be a member of the Spanish Golf Federation with a handicap to qualify as a member of The Celts Club de Golf.
New members of The Celts Club de Golf will retain their starting handicap for all Celts competition until they have returned at least 8 cards for federated events. The only exception is if their handicap is reduced, that lower handicap will apply.
