If you want to check your federation handicap go to https://www.rfegolf.es/PaginasServicios/ServicioHandicap.aspx
Under Licencia type your federation number or LV32 and under Surname 1 just your surname. Your current handicap should appear. The Spanish federation will no longer issue federation cards as members are asked to download the app to their phone, or keep a record of their federation number.
